How to Share Templates

Save time and improve consistency by sharing your customized templates with colleagues or the wider Empathia community. Shared templates make it easy to standardize documentation across your team, learn from best practices in different specialties, and quickly adopt proven note styles from other physicians.

1. Share Your Templates with Your Colleagues!

With our new sharing feature, you can now easily collaborate with colleagues by sharing your templates directly within Empathia AI. This streamlines teamwork and ensures consistency in your clinic with just a few clicks.

Firstly, simply click the ellipsis located on the right side of the main "Templates" page. Then click "Share".

Next, click "+Add User" and input the email of your colleague. Then click "Submit" and your colleague will receive the template in their template section! They will also be notified via email.

2. Share with the Community
Contribute your best templates to the Empathia community and help fellow clinicians save time. By sharing, you not only showcase your expertise but also inspire new best practices and make documentation easier for everyone.
