Infoway permits clinicians to request a change in their selected AI scribe tool of activating their license. This provides flexibility in case your initial choice doesn’t meet your clinical needs.
What is the process to transfer my Infoway license?
Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility
Make sure your clinic or individual license is active under Infoway’s AI Scribe Program.
Step 2: Submit Request to Infoway
To request a license switch, please complete the License Switch Request Form on the Infoway Portal:
Step 3: Continue Using Empathia During Review
Our team can extend your trial access to ensure no workflow interruptions while your license is being reviewed and transferred by Infoway.
Email support@empathia.ai or submit a ticket with the subject:
“Infoway License Transfer Request”
Include your:
- Full name
- Registered email
- Current vendor name
- EMR system
- Province and specialty
Step 4: Confirmation and Activation
Once Infoway approves the switch, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with detailed instructions to active your license.
