Login to your Empathia account at care.empathia.ai/login.
Click on the blue "New Encounter" button to get started. 
Start, Pause, Resume, Stop Recording. Below is a visual representation of this.

Notepad, Past records are located once you open "+New Encounter". Below is a visual representation of this feature.
Start dictation is available above the "Start Recording" button. Below is a visual representation of this.

Select Pronoun which is located beside patient name. Below is a visual representation of this.
