If you are not seeing the Live Support widget in your Chrome browser, it may be due to your network or firewall settings.
Cause
The Live Support feature uses a third-party service to function. If your clinic or organization’s firewall has blocked the domains used by this service, the widget will not appear in your browser.
Solution
To resolve this issue, please contact your network administrator and ask them to whitelist the following domains:
- freshchat.com
- fw-cdn.com
- freshworks.com
- empathia-ai.myfreshworks.com
- freshmarketer.com
- fwusercontent.com
Once these domains are allowed by your firewall, the Live Support widget should display properly in Chrome.
Additional Tips
- After the domains are whitelisted, refresh your browser or clear your cache if the widget does not appear right away.
